First Milestone Session
This first milestone session was all about highlighting the stunning features of this sweet little man, especially his captivating blue eyes. When planning sessions, I love to coordinate everything—backdrops, outfits, and props—to complement your baby’s unique look. For this session, we chose a soft blue backdrop and matching props to make those gorgeous blue eyes pop, and wow, did it work beautifully!
Sessions like these are such a fun way to document how much your baby has grown and changed. Whether it’s their first toothy grin, newfound sitting skills, or those curious expressions, these little moments are so fleeting and deserve to be cherished forever. This session was full of personality, smiles, and, of course, those adorable little outfits that made this little man look even cuter (if that’s possible!).
I often encourage parents to celebrate their baby’s development, like sitting independently, turning one, or simply showcasing their personality as it blossoms. These first milestone sessions are also a fantastic way to bring in some variety and creativity! For this portrait, the blue tones paired perfectly with the warm textures of the props we used.
